We accept replacement requests within 24 hours

We make sure that all our products are safe to use and in prime condition at the time of delivery. But if a client receives a damaged product, he/she may place a replacement request on our website to trade the product for a new one.

The request should be made within 24 hours after receiving the delivery otherwise we cannot accept it. And if the product has been damaged by the clients, we won’t be able to replace it. Also, we only provide replacement facilities and don’t offer refunds. Also if a liquid product such as lubes, cream, etc has been opened, we will not replace it.
